Cordially invite esteemed guest speakers to our Show & Tell seminars, where they share insights into their career and professional endeavors. Following the seminar, attendees are welcome to partake in a no-host happy hour held at a nearby bar.

Community building and networking opportunities in collaboration with Seattle Life Science Happy Hour. A Seattle-based group of life scientists (including postdocs and graduate students) in academic and non-academic roles to meet, connect, network, learn, share career experiences, and have fun.

Each scientist has just a few minutes to give a pitch about their research and why it matters. This two hour workshop in partnership with UW Engage Program, postdocs and grad students refine their pitch in a supportive environment and engage with fellow researchers.
