Pain is a central component of oncology care and trajectory of care for patients and families. This presentation is meant to address the implications of multi-modality integration of pain management and the safety of dosing, storage, and appropriate disposals of opioids. Learners will recognize the implicit bias present for assessing and treating pain in BIPOC patients and describe best practices for oncologic pain management.
