Dr. Naveed Ali studies new treatment regimens for patients with blood cancers, especially those undergoing blood stem cell transplantation. His research in the clinic evaluates drug regimens that prepare, or condition, patients for transplant and those that help patients recover and stay cancer-free after transplant. His goal is to improve patients’ survival, prevent relapse and reduce complications. Dr. Ali is also a hematologist-oncologist who cares for blood cancer patients undergoing transplant or cellular therapy.
