Dr. Mary-Elizabeth Percival is a hematologic oncologist who specializes in the treatment of patients with acute myeloid leukemia and myelodysplastic syndrome, which is a group of diseases that affect blood-cell formation. Her research focuses on the development of early phase clinical trials for patients with AML to test the effectiveness of new drugs and new combinations of drugs. Dr. Percival is also interested in epidemiological research to better understand the factors that affect survival and outcomes for AML patients. She practices at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center and UW Medicine.
