Researchers at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center have developed a new hybridoma cell line that expresses anti-miniSOG antibodies.
MiniSOG is a fluorescent flavoprotein engineered from Arabidopsis phototropin 2. It contains 106 amino acids, and is often used as a protein tag for fluorescence microscopy and electron microscopy.
