I am a board certified physician who sees patients at the South Lake Union Clinic and Fred Hutch at UW Medical Center - Montlake. My goal is to help each patient fully understand reasoning behind clinical decisions and recommendations. I believe increasing the patient's understanding leads to better care.

I am medical director of Harborview's Infection Control, Antibiotic Stewardship and Employee Health programs. I also conduct research on healthcare-associated infectionsand am active in statewide and national initiatives to prevent healthcare-associated infections and the development of drug-resistant bacteria.
