Provider Background

Area of Clinical Practice

Plastic and reconstructive surgery

As a board-eligible plastic surgeon and assistant professor at the UW School of Medicine in the Division of Plastic Surgery, I see patients for reconstructive and aesthetic plastic surgery with fellowship training in reconstructive microsurgery. I specialize in complex oncologic reconstruction for breast, sarcoma, urogynecologic, and skin cancer such as melanoma, basal cell and squamous cell cancers. I offer a wide variety of breast reconstruction options including implant-based and autologous flap reconstruction (DIEP, TUG, PAP, SGAP, etc.). I also perform lymphedema microsurgery. Additionally, I perform abdominal wall reconstruction, body contouring, and breast aesthetic surgery.

My research interest involves clinical outcomes focused on breast reconstruction, lymphedema, and quality improvement.
