Leading the Way to Improve Colorectal Cancer Screening
Our Fred Hutch and UW Medicine team works collaboratively to decrease colorectal cancer related mortality and racial/ethnic and socioeconomic disparities by increasing access to screening and developing interventions that address barriers to equitable care.

Rachel Issaka, M.D., M.A.S.
Dr. Issaka is the Program Director for the Population Health CRC Screening Program. She is responsible for the scientific oversight of the program.
Nkem Akinsoto, M.Sc.
Nkem Akinsoto is the Assistant Director at UW Medicine Primary Care and Population Health. She provides programmatic oversight for all Population Health Programs under UW Medicine.
Ari Bell-Brown, MPH
Ari Bell-Brown is a Collaborative Science Manager for the Population Health CRC Screening Program. She works with Dr. Issaka to develop and manage the CRC Screening research portfolio.
Victoria Fang, M.D.
Dr. Fang serves as Medical Director for UW Medicine Primary Care and Population Health. She provides direction and structure for carrying out all UW Medicine Population Health Programs.
Amanda Kimura, MPH
Amanda Kimura is a Program Manager for the Population Health CRC Screening Program. She is responsible for the programmatic oversight of the program across UW Medicine.
Amy Peck, RHIT
Amy Peck is a CRC Panel Navigator at UW Medicine Primary Care and Population Health. She is responsible for daily operations, including the mailing of FIT tests/ letters, patient interfacing, patient reminders, and coordination of care.
