Find answers to the most common questions about our services.
How do I order?
Create a tetramer project request by logging into Fred Hutch iLab. Once logged in, click “Immune Monitoring Lab” and then click “Tetramer Request.” Fill out the assay request form that pops up, including your budget information. If you order one HLA allele with multiple peptides, please list each peptide in the comments section. Click “save” and then “submit.”
How will I be billed?
You must have an iLab account. Please see Rates and Scheduling for more information.
How do I order?
Create a cytokine assay request by logging into Fred Hutch iLab. Once logged in, click on “Immune Monitoring Lab” and then click on “Cytokine Analysis.” Fill out the assay request form that pops up, including your budget information and sample information, and select the cytokines you want from the box next to either “human Luminex assays available” or “mouse Luminex assays available.” Click “save” and then “submit.”
How will I be billed?

How do I order?
Create an immunoSEQ assay request by logging into Fred Hutch iLab. Once logged in, click on “Immune Monitoring Lab,” then “Molecular Assays” and then "ImmunoSEQ." Fill out the assay request form that pops up, including your budget information. Click “save” and then “submit.”
How will I be billed?

How do I order?
Create a DNA assembly request by logging into Fred Hutch iLab. Once logged in, click on “Immune Monitoring Lab” and then “DNA Assembly.” Fill out the assay request form that pops up, including your budget information. Click “save” and then “submit.”
